We did not enjoy our meal here very much. I understand the Bouillon experience caters to to affordability but this verged on tourist trap.
They did not have our reservation when we arrived and there was some shuffling about when I showed the maĂźtre d' the confirmation email. We were eventually seated and the service ranged from absent to rushed. After waiting a bit for a server we placed our order and within minutes our food arrived. Based on the flavor I suspect it was mostly premade. It was lukewarm and somewhat bland. The server herself was curt bordering on rude. It all gave the feeling of an assembly line. Again, I understand Bouillons are meant to be efficient but this pushed the limit. Other Bouillons we have been to were much better.

Itâs a very beautiful and classic yet unstuffy French restaurant we enjoyed very much. The staff are extremely friendly, accommodating for English speakers and quite entertaining. We didnât make a reservation and decided to wait for a table at the bar. It was a busy Monday night so we waited around 30 min but they comped us 2 glasses of wine and a glass of liqueur we were curious about. Our meal was great and perfect protons.
