I found this very nice small, typical Parisian cafe’ on my way to Jardin du Luxemburg. I have to admit it was not the thirst or my tired leg from the long walk that brought me here but the dying battery of my mobile. There were other cafes in the street but they were too busy or the waiters seemed busy. I needed to sit down, have a drink and charge my phone. I approached the lady waitress with her big smile and blond, long curls and asked her in my weak French if i could charge my phone, while i sat down to have a drink. She was extremely friendly, took my phone, asked me to choose to sit in or out, brought me a menu. She recommended me a white wine which was good and i paid only 4,80€. The toilettes were clean. While i sat down, i could watch her serving the other regular customers with a big smile. In front of the cafe there is the possibility to charge electric cars. When i was done, it was only a few steps to the park, with a...
Read moreI stepped in to see the menu with my family. While I was in the restaurant I stepped to the restroom to left me family decide on what to eat. my family did not like anything on the menu so we decided to leave. As I am waking out the waitress that is pregnant yells out “she only came in here to use the bathroom” I did not react to that saying. Overall a nasty Attitude will get you a bad review. Please be mindful of the customers as it is not a mandatory obligation to order. If you want a great cafe, do to bread and roses. It’s right down the street! I highly recommend that place instead of this hell hole of a...

The kind of place that reminds you happiness isn’t in modern design but in warmth, soul, and simplicity. Delicious French food, truly fair prices, kind smiles. I came to work for the day… and ended up living a memory. I even came back two days in a row. It felt like an unexpected little adventure I’d like to live again someday. If you pass by, stop. Sit. Breathe. Let yourself...
