Went with family and didn't have any expectations. One of my favorite restaurants in Paris so far as each bite made me smile. The vermicelli with pork was amazing. Tendor pork with crispy skin perfectly done for a great crunch, a fish sauce that was perfectly balanced with sweet and salty flavors, sliced Mango adding some tartness, cucumber and mint for freshness, and I even added some small chilies to have a spicy kick. The egg rolls were shockingly outstanding, not too greasy and flavors that are a bit hard to describe. I tried the beef Pho as well, thicker cut beef that was not overly cooked and the meat was so tendor which I have not seen in Pho like that. Great broth. I will be back during my trip in Paris.
