Ciccio Bar et Cuisine — Restaurant in Paris

The restaurant was awesome if it comes to food, atmosphere, and location. The only thing for me that made it unbearable to enjoy it was the smoking culture of France. The tables are really close to each other. I mean very close- you van basically hear the whole conversation from the tables surrounding you. By 1 minute of me being here, the table behind me started smoking. The girl conveniently were holding cigerrate away from here and close to me. The next minute the table next to us started smoking. Both people. After 5 minutes l, the tables behind joined. I couldn't smell anything else, I had tears in my eyes, and my lungs were full of smoke. I couldn't taste my food. We felf after appetizer. It's just mostly a great experience for smokers l. We live in a California. You can't smoke there even close to the restaurant. It's been like that for almost 20 years. I am constantly on the hunt for authentic Italian food, which is surprisingly difficult to find in Paris, and need search no longer. This is by far the best Italian food in Paris, specialized in Sicilian cuisine. The pasta itself is like no other I have had- fresh, tasteful, with just the right texture. The sauce was made on demand with fresh quality ingredients and cooked to perfection. They had a thoughtful selection of delicious natural wines, and we finished their Sicilian cheese platter in seconds. Even better, though, was the company found Chez Ciccio! The two brothers are such a delight and provide an unforgettable experience. I already cannot wait to go back....

Food is just amazing as the warm atmosphere of the place and people. It's a small treasure in a residential area of Paris, away from crowd and mass tourism. Ciccio is an artist of food! The way he combines and select quality ingredients together with his mediterranean influence is a gift. Do not expect a long menu; only few dishes prepared for the night but always with a good selection to offer alterative to each taste. Great selection of wine, again suggested with passion and love. The decor reminds an Italian Osteria but, as the name, it is creative in every detail. Price are competitive considering the top quality of what offered. A place to suggest but... let's keep...
