If you’re a sushi lover, this handroll bar is a must-visit! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that perfectly set the stage for an unforgettable dining experience. The intimate setup around the sushi bar lets you watch the chefs craft each roll to order, ensuring the nori stays extremely crisp and the fillings are incredibly fresh. The fish was melt-in-your-mouth perfection, especially the shrimp roll, paired with warm, perfectly seasoned rice. The menu strikes the perfect balance between classic and creative, with every bite showcasing exceptional quality and attention to detail. The staff were very friendly and passionate, making the experience even more enjoyable. This spot delivers an authentic and elevated sushi experience. This handroll bar is a hidden gem and I can’t wait to go back....

An amazing looking restaurant near in a great location, a short walk from the metro station. The sushi rolls are the worst I have eaten. I am surprised why this restaurant gets great reviews. The French should not be making sushi. Two fundamental technical issues here: 1) The rice used was overcooked which makes the hand roll have a soggy texture 2) The chef uses too much rice. This combination makes the sushi rolls have a mushy texture. We had the sashimi which was okay but certainly not worth the price paid.

If you don’t know much a Japanese food, you may like this place. If you’ve had Japanese food before especially hand rolls, you will be disappointed in spending this much on poorly prepared sushi. Staff however is very friendly. Stay away from Japanese...

Run by an almost exclusive Colombian staff, we found these to be some of the best "California Rolls" as they are known.

WHY?

One : the incredible freshness of the seafood

Two : the perfection of the rice

Three : The crispiness of the seaweed itself

Some original touches are that the roll is not complete, and the customer finishes it themselves

Another variant is a non seaweed roll made with sesame (? not sure).

The Edmame are made to order, hot with sauce, I've never seen this before INCREDIBLE!

The ginger and wasabi that accompanies is the same level.

Also, incredible friendly...

Quite expensive for what it is. Fortunately, we had 50% off with the Fork reservation. Ingredients were fresh. Rice, fish marinade and sauces were savory. Quite addicting and easy to eat. The more you bite, the more you want. I recommend having salmon sashimi and crab, shrimp, saumon flambée handroll. Everything was prepared in front of you, the nori stayed crispy, the rice was warm. The atmosphere was aesthetically pleasing with friendly service.
