The pho is the worst I’ve ever eaten. The broth did not have the fragrance of pho; it was a plain beef broth. The meat was cut into rather large chunks and chewy. The broth was not hot enough to cook the raw beef so it stayed pink, as well as being cut too big. Not to my surprise, I heard Chinese spoken in the restaurant, so this is not authentic and I doubt the other dishes like bunbo are lackluster. I hate to be giving a bad review to a family business, but I want to let others know not to go here for pho. I am a Pho Bo chef myself and a pho restaurant owner. So I know my Pho broth. This place does not serve a good Pho Bo at all. 0/5.
Overall the place gets a 2/5. Won’t...
