Atmosphere was alright. I liked that they have large glass windows so the sunlight shines in.
Service wise, I wish I can rate zero. They charge an additional £2 for dine-in but I still get a beeper and collect my own food/drink from the counter. This is ridiculous. The guy at the cashier counter was unfriendly and looked as if he hates his job.
Food/ drink were equally bad. Matcha powder was not mixed well and I could taste balls of powder in my mouth while drinking. See the photos. Also, the pistachio flan was weird. The texture of the custard seemed as if they added too much starch and hence it jiggles. Taste of the crust and custard were meh.

The quality of the coffee was far below expectations, lacking both flavor and freshness. What made the visit even worse was the behavior of the staff.
