Hollywood Savoy — Restaurant in Paris

I had an awful experience with Hollywood Savoy, and I deeply regret choosing this place. I made a prepaid, non-refundable reservation for four people for New Year, but unfortunately, due to a death in the family, we had to change our plans last minute. I called the restaurant several times over the past two days to explain the situation and request an exceptional refund for two of the four guests.

Every time I called, the lady answering the phone was unhelpful and dismissive. She kept telling me to send an email, which I did—TWICE—but received no response. When I called again, they claimed the manager was busy and couldn’t help.

Today, December 31st, I’ve been calling since 12 p.m., trying desperately to get an answer before I leave the country for the funeral. I called at least 10 times, and no one picked up. Out of frustration, I messaged them on Instagram, and while they replied there, they still refused to speak to me on the phone or provide any resolution.

This is absolutely heartless and unprofessional. A little empathy and basic customer service would have gone a long way, especially in such a difficult time for me and my family. I will never recommend this place to anyone. If you value respect and decent treatment, avoid Hollywood Savoy...

I had the pleasure of dining at Hollywood Savoy as part of a conference, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The 3-course meal was absolutely on point, with each dish perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. From start to finish, the flavors were rich and balanced, showcasing the quality of ingredients and the skill of the kitchen.

The service was equally impressive—smooth, attentive, and professional without being overbearing. The staff ensured everything was timed perfectly, making the experience feel seamless and enjoyable.

As my meal was covered by the conference (Follow Me), I can’t speak to the pricing, but based on the quality of the food and service, it’s clear that Hollywood Savoy takes pride in delivering a top-notch dining experience.

If you’re in Paris and looking for a spot with great food, impeccable service, and a classic atmosphere, Hollywood Savoy is definitely worth a visit. I’d happily return to explore more...

Terrible experience — would not recommend to anyone!

This was one of the most disgusting meals I’ve ever had. We ordered the lobster pasta — and it was an absolute disaster. A huge plate of tasteless, dry pasta without even a drop of sauce. No seasoning, not even a hint of olive oil! They just dumped plain pasta on the plate and threw on a tiny piece of what they called lobster. And they had the audacity to charge over €56 for that dish — it’s an insult, honestly.

The service? Cold and indifferent. The atmosphere? Completely lifeless. There was zero enjoyment. We paid over €255 for the bill and left hungry coz we couldn’t eat what they bring and extremely disappointed. No one in our group liked it.

You cannot offer food like this at such outrageous prices. Either change your chef or seriously rethink your pricing and menu — preferably both. I will never return to this place, and I will make sure to tell everyone I know to...
