AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
After ordering a pizza and having all the toppings fall off due to flimsy, wet, and soggy dough, a peice of hair was revealed.
We were hungry and ate a few slices, trying not to bring up our disappointment to the server. But at a certain point, we couldn’t understand how such poor quality pizza could be serve.
When addressing this to the server, he got defensive and rude and did not want to take ownership of the hair. He actually accused us of placing it in the food ourselves.
The next-door/neighbor shop-owner overheard and decided to step/in and remind the server that he could not/should not speak to us in the manner he did.
Bottom Line: in a beautiful city like Paris with a tremendous amount of cuisines and options to choose from why would you dine with Il Grigio? It’s a non-Authentic, uncleanly, and ill mannered...

The service is fine, but once again not better than average. Waiter was neutral with me, but slightly rude to a customer having a minor issue with payment.
The prices are also okay, potentially on the cheaper side for Paris. The formule du soir (17.50) is appealing to many onlookers, but the options it provides aren't very good.
The only potential upside of this small Italian restaurant is its proximity to the...
Read moreWe had an early dinner here after our day long visit to the Eiffel Tower. We were craving Italian food and this place took me back to Rome for sure. There are four small tables inside and it’s so quaint in there, there’s also outdoor dining which has several tables. However, I’m so glad we sat inside, which is where the excitement is happening! The waiter will yell your order down the most narrow little stairs to be heard by the cooks downstairs. It’s so awesome! Someone then runs up the stairs with the food. During this time someone from downstairs also throws a basket of bread upstairs and then serves you and then the waiter throws the basket back downstairs. It’s just such an authentic experience! The service was quick as well and the food delicious, the truffle ravioli took me back to Rome. I’m so glad we got to experience this...
