Okamé — Restaurant in Paris

So this place is very frustrating. We live around the corner and here is the deal. The sushi is fresh although very limited and we notice the amount is getting smaller and smaller for sushi and rolls. Ut most of all they are almost never open and they run out of food frequently. Unless you are passing by do not take a chance with this place. Cleary lunch is their business (long lines because only 4 customers are allowed inside). But at night I have gone an hour before closing and they are cleaning up and have no food left. It’s ridiculous and I dont lnow how they stay in business. They close randomly and sell out all the time before closing. I get that it is fresh fish but an hour before closing? Why even open at night? I am not going to bother with this...

Très bon restaurant à emporter. Toujours du monde mais service très rapide. Toutefois, il n'est pas possible de venir avec son contenant, pas d'incitation à éviter les couverts et sacs jetables, comme beaucoup enseignes 100% à emporter, la quantité de plastique générée est très importante et il n'y a aucune incitation à venir avec son contenant, son sac papier, ou à ne pas prendre de couverts jetables. C'est vraiment dommage. D'autant qu'avec leur énorme succès, ils n'auraient pas grand risque à tenter quelque chose pour s'améliorer. Un petit effort svp, et ce sera parfait. La loi est pourtant claire, il faut accepter les contenants des clients et il faut inciter financièrement les clients à ne pas utiliser de vaisselle jetable. Juste un centime pour ceux qui viennent avec leur sac et qui refusent les couverts jetables. Ca ne couterait pas grand chose à OKAME et ce serait tellement mieux pour...
