Intermarché EXPRESS Paris — Restaurant in Paris

This is the worst supermarket I experienced! 27 Décembre 2023 @ 10:30am I went to shopping in this supermarket, I carried the bag before I bought in this shop, I didn't took off the price label, when I was going to checkout with the machine, a clerk came to me and asking: you finish? What about this bag ? And she even open my bag without my permission and looked into it! I told her I bought it in this shop before . Not even 1 minute another clerk came again asked exactly same: did you paid this bag ? And opened my bag looked into it again ! This point make me go mad! I shout loud and ask the first clerk: you have your camera and security, why you don't use it ?! Why your people so rude like this ? Your shop people always rude, why ?This is NOT the first time you guys rude to me ! This clerk directly shouted to me: PLEASE LEAVE AND DON'T COME BACK! Security came even didn't know to use camera instead of question me what's going on? This security even asked me in my face : HAVE YOU BEEN DRINKING ? And also asked me what time I was in the shop? What are you hiring the security for ? Standing there and no forgot to breathe? After 5 minutes he found out from the camera that proves I was carried the bag into the shop and I'm not a theif and pirate! When I left the shop, I didn't get any apologize! Before I shopping in this shop, some clerks are exactly like today so rude to me but I beared it and said nothing! Your people rude and doesn't even know how to using a polite and clever way to prevent the thief, the security even ask me have I being drinking? Awful experience. I went inside the supermarket to search for an umbrella. Since I couldn’t find it I tried to exit but I was block by the security guy who looked into my bag founding products I bought earlier that day in other shops. Even though the majority of things were not sold in Intermarche, he decided that I had to pay again the 3 things (out of 8 in my bag) that they sell. I showed them the payment in the other shops from my bank account app (since I didn’t have the receipt with me) and ask them to check the video-camera. The security guy refused to check the camera because “it would’ve taken too long” and told me that I had to pay again. Other two guys came and try to help me but everything was useless since the guy already made his decision. In the end I payed again the stuff I already payed somewhere else just because it was just 4€ but I’ll never walk in that...
