Chris and the team are the best. Super nice, efficient and honest. A lot of the comments on here are in reference to having to wait forever for parts and frames; that is basically every industry everywhere right now. I am building a bike with these guys and they have been nothing but flexible, accommodating and extremely nice. Plus, anytime I need to bring my bike buy for a quick service or question, they are always willing to jump right in to help. Amazing and friendly bike shop. Broke my derailleur hanger around 60km outside of paris on a trip from england so had to get a train into the city. The guys at La Chouette didn’t have the part but told me several bike shops to try that might, and if not they could order it in. The shops didn’t have the hanger so I went back and La Chouette ordered the part in next day and the bike was ready by mid day the next day. Amazing service and very friendly english speaking...

Guys were really busy and still fixed my bike same day, spend a decent time explaining the best options, I left with a big smile and riding my bike so happy as it would be new.
