L'Artisan du Burger — Restaurant in Paris

I was really excited about trying this place, I order the Champ De Mars burger, I asked without cheese(lactose issues) I said twice! The manager was taking the order, he didn’t write it down, in fact seemed like he didn’t care to serve me! Took him 5 ‘ins to bring me my drink, it was early afternoon and the there was no one else in The restaurant, besides his friend who he seemed to care more about then a paying customer! As I’m waiting I used the restroom, no soap to wash hands, I see the cook go into the restroom after me which right there started to give me pause. The I thought well hopefully he washed his hands in the back kitchen. I used hand sanitizer and used a fork to eat my fries. The burger of course came out with melted cheese! The manager/waiter knew that he had messed up. But honestly at this point I didn’t really even want to eat the food, as I’m chef in the USA and handling food with unwashed hands is very dangerous! I was getting the feeling I shouldn’t even eat this contaminated food! But I was starving so I ate the fries, I figured the cook wouldn’t have use his hands on them, thy were piping hot. I picked at the meat on the burger just alittle, I really wanted to eat but between the possible dirty hands and massive amount of cheese melted on it I was unable! Shame on the manager and shame on this restaurant brand. Check you’re restrooms make sure they have soap and make sure your cooks wash their freaking hands when handling food! People life’s...

We were super excited to try this place after reading the reviews and seeing photos. We came in and the place was not super busy, maybe 2-3 other tables being served.

The server brought us a menu and told us how to access an English menu but did not let us know the Wi-Fi password to be able to access the English menu. We waited for him to return and finally after 15 minutes went and asked for the password.

Another English speaking couple came in behind us and was provided a menu, served drinks, and ordered their food before we even had the server back at our table. We waited 40 minutes before the server came back to take our drink and food order. Which was prompted by me calling out to him asking if we could order. This was not normal practice as he went to every other table to get their orders.

When our food was served, my daughter’s burger was not only wrong, but she discovered a short black hair on it. When we brought this to the server’s attention, he took it to the back and had it back out within 2 minutes. Clearly not remade.

We realized after that we should have had an option of fries or tater tots but...

I recently visited this restaurant and had an amazing experience! 😍 I asked the server for a recommendation, and he suggested the Momart burger - and wow, what a great choice. 🍔 It was absolutely fantastic! The combination of caramelized onions and Reblochon cheese made it incredibly juicy, rich, and full of flavor. Honestly, it exceeded all expectations. 🤤

The burger was outstanding - one of the best I’ve ever had, and in my opinion, the best burger in Paris. 🇫🇷🔥 Big shoutout to the server for the perfect recommendation and for being so friendly and helpful throughout. He truly elevated the entire dining experience with his warmth and knowledge. 👏
