Brian from greater NYC here. While on holiday in an AirBNB around the corner, my father and I randomly chose this Brasserie for a lunch fix. Elouan took great care of us Americans that day. We were very appreciative. So, the following day our twosome turned to foursome for lunch and I wanted my father in law to enjoy the special I had the previous day, and Elouan took amazing care of us with the addition my nine year old son. Super kind. On the third day the women were curious about the delicious food we’d been eating so our entire group of 8 went back and Elouan hosted another wonderful and kind experience for us. The menu has simple (burgers) or gourmet (salade de crab), but both very well executed. A few minutes after serving us (nothing to say about the drinks themselves) the waiter came to ask us 8 euros. Okay, in other places I usually pay when I leave but oh well. After paying I take a look at the menu again and see that the lemonade is 3.80 and the beer 3.90. Having called him back the waiter very politely apologized and gave back the small change, pretenting a stupid mistake, which I found very hard to believe given that their menu didn't have that many different drinks. No fuss about so little money, but I don't like dishonesty. I'm also fine with leaving a tip, but that's not up to the waiter to decide.
