While it's convivial and has that rustic feel, it is overrated in many aspects. The menu, especially the salads, are delicious but in nothing you can't whip up in a jiffy at home - and it'll be a lot cheaper, too. The prices are steep for the quantity of food they serve. I used to like the lemonade, but what used to taste natural now has an artificial flavor to it. And with the price a glass of lemonade half filled with ice costs, I could buy a patch of lemon trees in Florida... Same goes for the hot drinks. The grocery products that they sell claim to have no additives, yet the overpriced chocolate spreads contain palm oil. Their bread and pastries are certainly not fresh. (I recommend the boulangerie right next door.) The crowd is very "in", or "branchée" as the French say. People come for more than the food - they are here to be seen, especially during brunch hours on Sundays. Also avoid if you don't like screaming toddlers. I would give it three stars, but I'm giving it two for the lack of service. I can tolerate an overpriced salad or juice once in a blue moon, but I cannot stand rude staff and extremely...
Read moreA nice place, food is definitely good but that's what you'd expect of a very, VERY expensive restaurant. On the other hand I had a rather bad experience once when I didn't get an item (one out of 5 so in a sense 1 fifth of my meal) listed on my brunch menu. The problem is, I only realised I was missing something half way through my meal. When I asked the staff why, they said something like: oh gosh, you noticed ? Sorry, I guess ? But we're out right now. But hey we can offer you a free coffee ! I don't drink coffee... could I get another orange juice instead ? Noup take the coffee or another hot beverage or leave it. Basically customer service and flexibility is horrible. Even when they are in the wrong and try to hide it on top of it, you don't even get a decent apology. Changing items on the menu (one type of cheese with another) is also impossible. Don't get me wrong, the food is really good, 5 star good but that's what youd expect of a place where you pay around 40€ per person. The service not so much though hence only 3 stars (also...

My feedback that was supposed to go on their QR code page but didnt submit:
Over stressed staff and the place wasnt full. Operations very poor - I witnessed while waiting a drop and broking of glasses from tray, flying forks as they pick up and clean tables and.. … removed a lot of details .. i dont want bad intentions here but not worthy the money, the wait and sure the way you ll be treated .. unless you are french you might get a microscopic hint of a smile.
Really sad to have went to this branch.. but this is a rare...
