We were walking by, and the nice gentlemen asked us if we wanted to have a taste of his delicious meat. I never say no to man meat. 1.5 hours later and having learned everything about truffles/cheeses/and cured meats I left fully satisfied feeling like this was a ticketed experience in itself. We loved supporting a local business and hearing how they got started, plus their truffle salami was something we had to take back home to have our friends to try. A hidden gem with amazing sandwiches, cheeses and cured meats. The ham and foie gras sandwiches were recommended and I was really impressed with both of them, very fresh and delicious. Great ham, drizzle of olive oil and baguette sounds very simple, yet the flavour speaks for itself. The foie gras had a subtle sweetness and was not too heavy.

The gentleman helping us was very kind and offered great recommendations.

À Real Journey for my palate and my scents with such a large sélection of Local products from the Aveyron region, Spain, Italy and so many others...
