⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointing Experience – We Didn’t Even Get to Eat
I had made a reservation for a group of over 20 people after a workshop, expecting a smooth and enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, the service was so poor that neither my husband nor I even got to try the food—and yet, we still had to pay for it.
From the moment we arrived, the attitude of the man who took our reservation was shockingly rude. He seemed annoyed that we came a bit early, even though the restaurant was completely empty and all the tables were already set for us. Rather than welcoming us, he made it clear we were an inconvenience.
I chose to sit outdoors, separate from the group for personal reasons, and was shocked when he refused to serve me any food simply because I wasn’t sitting at the main table—even though I was part of the reservation and had every intention of eating.

Ordered shish taouk, only to be given a small skewer of dry meat cooked multiple times, hidden by cold bread drowned in harissa and coriander, tomatoes and red onion. Asked for plain bread and was given one wrap that was cut into quarters and cold - I could’ve gone to a supermarket and done it myself. Coming from London and having been to many Lebanese restaurants, was disappointed. Not authentic. Not worth the price. Not...
