Maison Hecht — Restaurant in Paris

Simply perfect. I saw a few complaints about the service but that was not my experience. In a Paris shop you cannot expect people to wait for a tourist to make a choiche after 10 minutes or to answer a multitude of questions about glutes or whatever. The pastries were among the best I have ever tasted, the bread looked great, so did the sandwiches. The people who worked there were polite. I just bought this around 5pm today, and I open this was around 8-9pm. One bite I was so happy to have this but then I saw something on the fruit… it was rotten… Here has very good breads. I came already 3 times during my stay in Paris. I love here they have very good bread. And I know they bake fresh bread but in summer time please beware of temperature. Care more for storage.
