I would rate this café exceptionally high, not just for the food but for the entire experience. From the moment we stepped inside, it was clear that the staff was passionate about what they do, providing warm and attentive service that made us feel instantly welcome. Before starting our Montmartre tour, we made a stop here, as I had marked it as a must-visit while planning our Paris trip. It certainly lived up to my expectations and more.

One of the first things that stood out to me was how reasonably priced everything was. Given its location and the quality of the offerings, I was pleasantly surprised that the prices remained fair. The cozy ambiance made it a perfect place to relax before heading out to explore the neighborhood.

The highlight of my visit, however, was the almond croissant. It was, without a doubt, the best I have ever had—perfectly flaky, buttery, and filled with just the right amount of almond goodness. I was so caught up in the moment, savoring every bite, that I completely forgot to take a photo. That rarely happens, but I guess it’s a sign of how much I was enjoying it!

Overall, this café left a lasting impression on me. Between the excellent service, delicious food, and reasonable prices, it’s a place I would highly recommend to anyone...

There is no pleasure pleasure without Pain Pain! This bakery is big, clean, fancy, there are tables to sit and dine there, the decor is gorgeous and the food, yet a bit pricey, is absolutely delicious and the sizes are big enough. I have to admit I only bought 2 chaussons aux pommes. I brought one to my sister and she immediately asked me the name of the bakery!!! So gooood! You pay using machines for the coins, there are two of them. I took my time trying to find the exact change and never did they urge me to hurry up, it felt good not to be pressured. 🥰 NEGATIVE POINT: There were a lot of tourists (this is Montmartre) speaking to the salesperson in English, but to my greatest surprise, she couldn’t speak English. I didn’t help (the music in my ears was too good), but she figured something out. EDIT: My cousin who lives 2 minutes away says that the staff does speak English and that I have certainly found the one new staff member who didn’t. She also said that that’s where she bought the almond croissant that I ate yesterday, it...

Absolutely my favourite bakery I’ve ever tried! I found this place online and was delighted to see that it was a mere 3 minute walk from where my family and I were staying for our trip! As soon as you walk in, you are greeted the large assortment of baked pastries!

We came here two times (I wish we went more often), once for some bread and once for some cakes. Personally I really enjoyed the bread — we got a croissant, a flan (is this considered cake?), and a custard brioche. All of them tasted amazing but the flan was out of this world! It was kind of like a somewhat stiffer pudding on top of a soft tart crust.

The second time we went, we ordered a Paris Brest cake and another chocolate cake (I don’t remember the name). Both tasted very fresh and well-made!

Overall this is one of the best bakeries in Paris, and a must-go for everyone in the...
