What a wonderful experience! Chef Eric Lévy runs an intimate twelve-seat one man shop, personally preparing every dish in the open kitchen and delivering it to the diners. It was a delight watching him work with the food and plate each dish for us. He also interacted with each of the guests and checked in from time to time to make sure everything was okay. For €55 a person, there was honestly way too much food! It was delicious but I found myself trying to do ab workouts in my seat by the sixth course in attempts to make room for dessert.

fish puff pastry amuse bouche: interesting and flaky, but I would have preferred if the filling was a bit lighter and fluffier radish salad: the razor thin strips of vegetable were super fresh and crunchy mushroom soup: this was good! I loved the pan fried carrots at the bottom Japanese rish with calamari: well done, the calamari was a little tough though fish: I didn't enjoy this dish, but might be because I generally don't like fish veal: same thing; I generally don't like veal veal tartare: now I generally don't enjoy raw meat, but this was great! It was fresh tasting and not hard to stomach at all - kind of like good sashimi apple dessert: this was very good; I especially loved the coffee bean nougat coffee ice cream: also very good; Eric offered everyone seconds as well cannele: who doesn't love a cannele to end the meal? He also tried to give us seconds.

Would recommend making a trip here! But it's not for the faint of heart or stomach! The meal took 3.5 hours, and even though I paced myself by giving parts of every course to my boyfriend, I was still...

After having passed by this restaurant over several years, I decided to treat my partner to a birthday dinner.

To be honest, I am baffled by all of these positive reviews.

If you are searching for bland, flavorless, boring, and an unsatisfying meal accompanied by a rude chef, you've come to the right place.

This is also a great place for people who prefer food that simply tastes like a mixture of butter, oil, and salt.

Not to mention the chef then judged us for the bottle of wine we brought and also decided to charge us for bringing our own bottle (of course he never mentioned this when we made the reservation). The funny thing is that the best part of our meal was the wine we brought ourselves!

This terrible experience was from 3 years ago (and it has still clearly stuck with me and I have only now decided that my review was worth sharing with all of you).

I hope that all of you will avoid this place. Don't let the cozy lighting or other reviews fool you, there are plenty of other great restaurants with quality chefs and food just waiting for you...

Off the bat, I will share some quirks may turn you off. This is not a "fancy" place. The chef had a couple of wines to choose from not a massive list. The other tables when I was there were also english-speaking which normally I might consider a bad sign. Also, when the chef announces each course, he sort of mixes english and french and forgets some of the elements.

None of that bothered me, and at the end of the day, the chef is fun to interact with, the food is really good and for far less than 100€ seemed like insane value. We got a couple more dishes than we expected, and left quite full. The ambience leads to good conversation with your table, and I could imagine with the other tables as well if you got the right vibe between parties. It's completely unpretentious. I would love to go...

It was a truly unique experience, a one man cooking show that will display the roots of French technique clearly molded from years of experience in the fine dining restaurant business. The ingredients are all seasonal and extremely fresh. The menu is in constant change based on the daily inspiration of the chef. I should warn about a couple things, first of all be ready for an approximately 2 hour and a half dinner, and since there’s only one person you must remember that it’s not like a typical restaurant service, hence the timing being different, but rest assured he will remember to bring you everything you require from bread to water and wine. I strongly suggest this place for a unique experience, different from normal dining.

Honestly this is the best dining experience I’ve ever had. It’s not just about the food (which is already amazing and delicate), but the whole restaurant runs by one person, the chef went out to carefully source the ingredients during the day and that’s why those are always in season and extremely fresh. It’s an open kitchen and you can see him cook and prepare food for you. The chef has a deep passion and dedication to his cooking which is very impressive and rare. I think it is way beyond some so-called starred restaurant that focus too much on the “look” or the fancy decor I’ve been before. Highly recommended if you are looking for something special/unique. Thank you chef Eric. Respect.
