Yesterday I ordered chicken masala and white rice from Royal Kashmir on Uber Eats. I also asked for a mint sauce and a chili sauce on the side.
When I opened the mint sauce in its tiny plastic cup, it popped like it's been producing gas or fermented. I was stupid enough to not think this through and poured it on my food and tasted it. It was super vinegary and tangy. I threw it away and everything it touched and ate the rest.
This morning I woke up with severe stomach pain, and other side effects which have lasted more than 15 hours now and it just won’t seem to stop. The pain, discomfort and inconvenience is unimaginable.
It seems like the mint sauce I tasted might have been spoiled or fermented. When a food container "pops" upon opening, this is not normal and to me indicates that gases have built up probably due to bacterial or fungal activity.
I raised this serious health safety complaint with Uber Eats twice and asked them to inform the restaurant which they haven’t done, instead just refunded me 0.9 euros, something I genuinely don’t care about. I care about my health and that of other customers - and care about the restaurant knowing that some employee there was careless and served a fermented and rotten sauce.
/ Update / I almost just fainted on the plane with severe sweats. Please address this case in your restaurant with your staff and investigate the food and sauces and I’m happy to delete this review after you confirm you’ll protect...

It is not fresh nor real Indian food, it is just a joke.
I made it clear to the owner that I am a chef coming from Italy on trip to Paris and I showed him a lot of Enthusiasm how much I miss good genuine Indian dinner so he assured me he is one of the best so I was fool to believe.
Chicken tikka over salted and under cooked. The lamb biriani was real disappointment, over cooked old rice lack of every taste of biriani, the only taste you will recognise is the cheap cubes of chicken broth that you buy from the supermarket. Zero effort from the chef and very cold attitude from the owner.
I had with my companion 3 1/2 pieces of chicken tikka just to make sure we are not making a false claim but when we started what so called lamb biriani it was absolute disaster.
I have returned the food back kindly and peacefully and kept the money un-refunded to support them out of kindness hoping they will learn a lesson which I doubt.
Anyway our dinner spoiled and the nice memories in paris has been effected.
Thank you Royal Kashmir and for sure no return back.
Please don’t ruin another...

We were treated really nicely by the owner who’s a fellow Bangladeshi from my hometown and they weren’t pushy, and gave us free coke on the house! We have told our friends and family members & inshallah will return with our friends & family and spread the word. This place the food was worth every penny & has excellent reviews!
