A review coming from the perspective of US phos. Eat pho regularly throughout NYC and have had pho up and down the coast, LA/OC, and in Vietnam. First time having pho in Paris. How does it rank? Not the usual pho taste and noodle texture you'd get from the States. But that's not a bad thing. Is it as good as what I think is the best pho in LA/OC? After several visits,I’m now confident to say that it is one of the best pho I’ve tried in Paris.Fresh-made and rich-flavored soup, well-done beef, fine and smooth rice noodles, all makes a perfect bowl of Pho.
Besides this star dish,lac-loc(tomato- seasoning rice with beef), nems also worth a try.
