Le XXV — Restaurant in Paris

Came here for pastries and coffee after proposing and I don't think we could have found a more perfect place. The pastries were super tasty, not knowing what I was ordering, just choosing from view o don't think it would have been possible to make a bad choice. My fiance had lemon meringue pie and said it was the best they had ever had. I don't usually enjoy it but tried some of theirs and shared their joy. My chocolatey nutty sponge item was also pure joy! We normally opt for flavoured coffee but unfortunately this was not an option so instead chose standard latte's. Wonderful food eaten by those who came 30 minutes before me.

The same person tried to simultaneously run a bakery counter, heat up and prepare food, and take more orders, and give instructions to another member of staff who seemed completely clueless. Seriously understaffed.

I got bored of sitting in someone else's cigarette smoke after 30 minutes of sitting at a table which wasn't cleared from the last customer, went next door to the supermarket, and had a much better experience buying a bottle of coke...

Super cute cafe/bakery with great kosher food and pastries. My partner had the tomato+mozzarella salad and I had the tomato penne pasta, we both loved our dishes. We had a croissant and pain au chocolate for a little desert and it was perfectly crunchy, soft, flaky and delicious, all at the same time.
