Tentazioni — Restaurant in Paris

me and my friends found this restaurant and wanted to sit down so i asked if they had a free table for 5 people (and i saw, that they had a free table for 4 persons, so the least they could do was add a chair to the table, since there was plenty of space around). but this server told us, that she didn’t have any free seats at the moment, which was a total nonsense. i believe, it was just because we are 15 and speaking english. if there were a french group of five, i strongly think they would be much more welcoming and helpful. i find this extremely rude and disrespectful, so if i could give this restaurant 0 stars, i would, but unfortunately i can’t, because i wouldn’t be able to post...

We were so lucky to find this fabulous Sicilian/Italian restaurant in Paris! The food is wonderfully fresh and loaded with flavor, the people who own and run it are adorable, and it is a place we will return to as often as we can. Not only that, we've brought Parisian and American friends there on several occasions, and everyone falls in love with Tentazioni. They're opening a second location in Montmartre, but they're so dedicated to great food that we're sure this won't negatively impact their cuisine or personal and attentive service. I am convinced that we came on a bad night, but nonetheless. Food was good...once we got it. The linguine bolangse was way light on sauce. My eggplant pram was very good. I think we had a new waiter. We needed to split our check and this was very challenging. There was a family that came in with a kid who could only eat special food that they brought from home. They asked for a plate, and were turned away. This struck me oddly, maybe it was a liability thing, but I didn't get that impression. Like I said, I think we had an off night, but we won't...
