Really really disappointing evening here. A group of 13, enjoyed some drinks and light snacks, upon departing each individual settled for their individual items. No receipts were provided to any of our party. I was the last to pay and was greeted to an outstanding balance of almost 90 EURO! I have worked in the hospitality industry myself, I too have dealt with large tables, things can get very confusing but this is no excuse for the lack of accountability and organisation. Upon questioning this, the waiter voided half the bill without question, no involvement of managers or supervisory staff. We were further guilted by the waiter, as he informed us that he was already ‘doing us a favour’ that this was ‘coming from his pay check’. I respectfully and politely queried that this could be an issue of duplicate postings in the till or payments posted incorrectly. I asked the waiter whether or not he could check the billing from his shift and he refused. The service was really disappointing, we felt intimidated despite knowing we had all paid our share. Unfortunately, we were pressured into paying the remaining amount. Please, try to avoid if visiting with large parties as they are I’ll-equipped to manage sittings of more than four. The location is really nice, the drinks are well prepared and food is good. But I really think this is an issue that needs further...

Similarly to another review here, we were a large group and were also overcharged.

Whilst our food and waitress were very pleasant and we had a great night, we were advised at the end of the evening that three items were outstanding. All of our party were able to account for their payments and the three items were a combination of things that no one person/couple had consumed so it all seemed a bit odd. The waitress was working with us to resolve this but was struggling to account for the amount and we were loathe to ask the manager to intervene as he had quite rudely undermined her in front of me early on in the evening and she had otherwise done a fantastic job so we just paid the extra and left.

Ultimately, mistakes happen but from what I saw between the manager and other staff it seems quite a hostile work environment so I hope that if he reads this he takes it on board rather than blaming his staff. Any shortcomings on training r.e. tills/payment splitting are his responsibility and perhaps if he thinks a certain staff member is struggling with that he shouldn't assign them the bigger groups right away.

In terms of a recommendation, this is a decent place to bring a group but I'd suggest each person just...

The issue that we experienced today was not good at all. Although everyone paid for what they ate and drank, our friends who left the table last were told that there is still an unpaid part of the bill which is 90 EUROS. We were literally 13 people who paid for everything we had, and the service was very bad, everything was late and the people who paid cash did not receive any bill or receipt from the waiter so we could not prove anything. The waiter did not let our friends go without paying 90 euros although everyone paid for their part. It is not our problem that you did not give us receipts or you do not have receipts for what we paid. He might forget to delete what he was paid by cash and it is not our problem either. Even if you do not give us receipts(which is not okay), you should keep the receipts for yourself so that we can check the receipts and handle the issue easily. Or at least you can just check the camera without overcharging your customers. Also, the waiter was VERY RUDE and he pushed our friends to pay 47 euros instead of 90, it is still not okay. I do not recommend this place to anyone and we will not be going...
