Exceptional Experience at Noura Paris – Especially Thanks to Mr. Mohammed!

My recent visit to Noura in Paris was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality and elegant ambiance set the tone for what turned out to be an unforgettable dining experience. The restaurant perfectly blends authentic Lebanese cuisine with Parisian sophistication, making it a must-visit for anyone who appreciates refined Middle Eastern flavors.

What truly elevated our evening was the impeccable service, and we must give special mention to Mr. Mohammed, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for throughout our visit. His professionalism, attentiveness, and deep knowledge of the menu were truly impressive. Mr. Mohammed didn’t just serve food – he curated our entire experience, suggesting dishes based on our preferences and explaining each one with genuine passion and detail. Thanks to him, we tried several items we might have otherwise overlooked, each more delicious than the last.

His warm demeanor and respectful attitude made us feel like honored guests rather than customers. In a city full of great restaurants, it’s rare to find someone so genuinely dedicated to hospitality. Mr. Mohammed is a true ambassador not only for Noura but for Lebanese cuisine and culture.

The food itself was exquisite – the mezze selection was fresh and flavorful, the grilled meats were perfectly seasoned, and the desserts were the perfect end to the meal. Every detail, from presentation to taste, reflected the high standards that Noura is known for.

Whether you’re a local or a visitor to Paris, Noura is a culinary gem, and if you’re lucky enough to be served by Mr. Mohammed, your experience will be even more memorable. Highly recommended and definitely worth returning to...

Unfortunately, we found the negative reviews to be true. When we arrived, I asked the waiter to be seated inside because it was chilly. He assigned us a table right next to the entrance, the big front door wide open where it was exactly as cold as outside (although the restaurant was completely empty). The waiter was inattentive, unfriendly and we did not feel treated as welcomed guest but as an annoyance. Despite it all, we ordered a Gourmet platter to share, 2 warm mezzés, water and red wine. The red wine was refrigerated (no-go), the complimentary lebanese bread came in a basket, wrapped in a plastic bag and was not only cold but not fresh either!! Unbelievable! The two warm mezzés were really nice, the platter with 8 mezzés to share and try a disappointment. The hummus was good, the veggies ok but the rest was neither warm nor freshly made. It was hard, dry and looked as if it was cooked the day before. The whole experience was disappointing and the service a pure insolence. Whatever money we paid, it was not justified and overcharged. We will certainly not go back and do not recommend the restaurant to anyone. No wonder the restaurant...

Noura Opera is a hidden gem that truly stands out for its exceptional service, mouthwatering dishes, and stunning ambiance. From the moment you step inside, you are greeted by a warm and attentive staff who go above and beyond to ensure your experience is nothing short of perfect. Their generosity is truly remarkable, making every guest feel special and valued.

The muhalabieh, a traditional Arabic dessert, is an absolute must-try. It’s creamy, perfectly sweetened, and topped with delightful nuts, making every bite a pure delight. The flavors are rich and comforting, showcasing the chef's attention to detail and mastery in creating authentic dishes.

As for the decor, Noura Opera takes it to the next level with its elegant and tasteful interior. The atmosphere is sophisticated yet welcoming, with beautiful touches.Whether you're dining with family, friends, or on a romantic evening, the setting adds to the overall magical experience.

Overall, Noura Opera combines excellent food, unmatched hospitality, and a gorgeous atmosphere. It’s a place where you can truly unwind and enjoy every moment. Highly recommended for anyone looking for...

I visited in the afternoon on March 29, 2025, and ordered a tea and a pastry, as shown in the photo. While I was looking forward to enjoying the experience, I unfortunately found the service to be quite inconsistent for an establishment like Noura. The teapot for the green tea was made of aluminum, which did not seem suitable for this type of beverage, and the saucer provided for the glass was a coffee saucer rather than one meant for tea, which felt like an oversight. Additionally, the atmosphere was quite noisy due to a birthday banquet being hosted on the first floor, which significantly affected the overall dining experience. I have always appreciated the quality and standards of Noura, which is why this visit was somewhat disappointing. It did not reflect the level of service and attention to detail that I usually associate with the brand. While this experience was not what I expected, I remain a loyal customer and will continue to visit other Noura locations. However, I do not plan on returning to this particular one.

The worst restaurant experience I've had in France. We ordered a mix grill, chicken shawarma, Laham and cheese pastries, and grape leaves. Unfortunately, the main courses arrived cold and tasteless. We ate the mix grill and shawarma out of sheer hunger, but couldn't finish the Laham and cheese pastries or the grape leaves. When we shared our feedback with the waiter, Carlos, he dismissed our concerns, arguing that we had finished the mix grill. He also seemed upset that we took pictures of the leftovers. We then spoke to the restaurant manager, who asked why we hadn't informed him earlier so he could address the issue and speak to the chef. We ended up going to McDonald's for a much better meal. If you’re considering this Mediterranean restaurant, think twice—you might end up with the worst meal ever.
