I normally don't write reviews but had to share my experience with this place which I would have given less than 1 star if I could. I had dinner at this restaurant and ordered a cheesecake, the next day I got extremely and violently sick from food poisoning to the point that I had to go to an urgent care, and my whole trip to Paris was ruined because I was dealing with the effects of the sickness for few days. I am sure the food poisoning was from what I had here because we had the same things all day except I was the only one having dessert here. Please be very careful and avoid this place for your safety!

Im not able to respond in the thread: I was there on Monday March 6th. FYI: This was not a gastric problem. It was food poisoning from what I had...

Lovely, cool little restaurant with a fun terrace area right in the middle of Hausmann shopping area in Paris. We just happened upon this place as we were touring the area. It was sunny and as beautiful out so it was a perfect day for a Rosé! They had a lovely Rosé that was perfect for an hour or so of people watching and sunning in Paris. It was such a nice place that ended up going back again the next day. This time we also enjoyed their lunch menu. The fish and chips were yummy and the Caesar salad was delightful! Waitresses were friendly and fun, and service was prompt and very good. Definitely worth stopping by if you are...

Delightful service. The waiter was charming, attentive, and very nice. There is some air conditioning, so the indoor dining room is tolerable in a heat wave! The other patrons mostly had drinks only and we now know why!

The food was...terrible. I got the bo bun, which was served hot?!? It's a cold dish! We also had the steak, which was cooked well done (requested medium). The child "steak" is a hamburger patty, also well done. The chicken main is also mediocre. The best thing we had were the fries, which were hot and crispy and not too thin. Overall, I would eat at any restaurant one block over, not on Rue...

This is a great cafe for a glass (or two) of wine and good food. We weren’t hungry so we ordered the chicken spring rolls. In the menu they are called Chicken Nems. So good! Fresh mint and cilantro served with the super hot rolls and a delicious sweet chili sauce. It was just at the point of heat that was pleasant vs painful. We each had two glasses of wine. The servers are very friendly and attentive. They definitely made us feel welcome, coming from USA. We will go back again tomorrow night after our day of exploration.
