We looked online for reviews and decided to go. When we got there we weren't sure it would be good for us, but a customer ensured us that we would love it, and we absolutely did!!! The burger was delicious (I'm not even a fan of pickles in burgers and this burger changed my mind about that). The sweet potato fries were actually crunchy, which doesn't happen often in other restaurants. The staff was really nice and explained the menu perfectly. no frills smashed burger that was absolutely delicious. bun was fluffy and chewy while the patties were crispy yet juicy at the same time. service was welcoming and warm and I very much enjoyed the experience.

update: Returned on the 15th of July and the burger is still as fine as ever. fries (that retained their crunch) brought a tear to my eyes compared to the re-fried ones found in other smashed...

Après plus de 10 ans à explorer les meilleures adresses food, je peux dire sans hésitation que ce smash burger fait partie des meilleurs que j’ai goûtés en France, et sans doute le meilleur de Paris.

Dès la première bouchée, on sent que tout est maîtrisé à la perfection. La viande est incroyable : une vraie explosion de saveurs, avec ce goût brut et authentique qu’on attend d’un bon smash. La cuisson est parfaitement exécutée, avec cette croûte légèrement croustillante qui apporte une texture unique.

Le pain est tout aussi impressionnant : moelleux, légèrement brioché, il vient parfaitement compléter l’ensemble sans voler la vedette à la viande. La sauce, quant à elle, est un équilibre parfait entre gourmandise et subtilité, venant lier tous les éléments du burger sans jamais écraser le goût des ingrédients.

En tant que passionné de cuisine et restaurateur, je suis particulièrement exigeant sur les détails, et ici, tout est réuni pour une expérience mémorable. C’est exactement ce qu’on attend d’un smash burger réussi : un produit simple en apparence, mais sublimé par un savoir-faire impeccable.
