Strongly disagree on review comments calling the "staff" welcoming. This is arguably the weakest point of this business.

I occasionally come around this place and stop by for some reshment. My expectation have never been too high but I got the worst experience ever this Sunday : I was explained by the shop owner misunderstanding my order that "He cannot do anything for me, and that I did not understand him"...

There is no staff rotation there. You'll ALWAYS face the same man, hardly speaking any French at all, but still very sure of his skill. He would need to be reminded that sentence needs a verb and that all nouns need an article at first, but more importantly even, that we also have words of politeness that matter (to French customers at least).

I admit I have not tested his English, but I do not expect any difference, there is a real attitude problem. I've always preferred encourage places that really deserved a stop than poorly rating businesses I have had bad experience with, but checking today what others have to say about this place, the overall rating really needs adjustments !

To all people who offer over 3 stars to this place, I wish to ask, have ever tried a bubble tea...

Worst bubble tea ever, despicable and impolite boss, extremely disrespectful and rude, with a insane disregard for customers. All the beverages taste like chemicals ( see the powders on the counter and you know that his products aren’t authentic ). Plus the salon is terrible looking ??? The vibe is just gloomy and feels uneasy. Why ??? Because it is a huge nest of cockroaches !!! The lack of hygiene there is appalling and concerning. I sat there 5 minutes and saw 3 cockroaches running around the walls. It’s truly disgusting. I left right after that. Still wondering how such a filthy place exists nowadays, not to mention the service itself and the mean boss. Shame on you ! Worse bubble tea I’ve ever been in my entire life. If any of you guys wanna go there, tourists or locals, just run away, flee this shop as fast as possible. You’ll find a good and clean, safe place just 2 meters down the street with authentic...

Si seulement je pouvais mettre 0 étoile parce que en terme de note ce Bubble Tea serait un -10. Tout d’abord, n’y mettez jamais les pieds, et si vous êtes en train de lire ça en y allant : faites demi-tour et COUREZ !!! Les boissons ne sont pas authentiques malgré ce que le patron dit. Ils sont chimiques et sont bourrés de produits pas sains ( suffit de voir les poudres ). Seulement les jeunes employés le soir sont adorables ! Mais le matin, c’est le patron… et il est exécrable et impoli, détestable…Je me suis rendu dans dans la boutique y’a environ 2 semaines et j’ai eu le patron…Quand vous rentrez dans la boutique, si vous êtes une femme, il va vous appelez par « les filles » même si vous êtes une seule personne. Il vous fera des commentaires qui au début semblent gentils mais au fur et à mesure, ça devient assez gênant ( sachant qu’il complimentait déjà les femmes devant moi ). Quand c’était à mon tour, je lui ai dit que j’avais pas compris le choix des topping, il m’explique avec un air énervé « j’ai dit 1 choix, deux choix et 3 choix », sans aucune explication en plus. Je lui ai donc répondu « mais c’est en fonction de la taille ? » et il me répond « les filles c’est juste 1, 2 ou 3 » en me pointant les verres ( qui sont d’ailleurs remplies de poussières. C’est sûr que niveau hygiène, il est assez qualifié ). Il était super sec et pressé, avec un air hautain, comme si c’était une honte de pas connaître comment ça fonctionne, comme si je n’avais pas le droit de poser de questions. Dès qu’il a fini il m’a juste dit « ici payez ». Super comme accueil ! Ensuite, c’était un jeune homme qui faisait mon thé. Je voyais bien qu’il était nouveau puisqu’il hésitait sur les ingrédients. Et à la fin il s’est trompé et le patron lui arrache le verre des mains en lui hurlant dessus comme un hystérique en mandarin. Et il me dit « désolé hein madame, il sait rien faire » , ce à quoi je réponds « mais monsieur c’est pas grave il apprend, c’est normal de se tromper, faut pas vous énervez comme ça hein… »… et à ce moment il termine la boisson lui-même en secouant tout en faisant des bruits de canard à répétition… il voyait pourtant bien que je n’étais pas à l’aise et que la situation était embarrassante. Et pour couronner le tout, le thé était pas assez bon, le goût était fade ! Ah oui, le niveau de glaçon qu’il met est monumental !! Vous achetez en réalité un verre d’eau remplie de glaçon ! Voilà comment bien se faire arnaquer. Il a ensuite parlé de sa boutique en se ventant « je suis la première boutique de Paris », « je suis le moins cher », « je donne 3 choix et tout le monde 1 choix »… bref, en conclusion, n’y allez surtout pas, vous trouverez tellement de meilleur boutique ailleurs !
