Be very careful with this store!

I bought this Japanese bbq from this store. When I opened the package at home I realized that there were two small cracks in each corner of the bbq. When I touched one corner it crumbled into what you see in this photo (the bbq is made from an easily crumbling material which they confirm on their website). The other small crack on the other corner still remains as you can see in the photos. I returned the bbq immediately the next day. They accused me of lying and that I was responsible for the damage, that they can not refund me and that I should take the bbq back. They said that they watched the shop security video which showed that I inspected the bbq in detail which prove that I would/should have seen the cracks if there really had been any. Having lived in several different countries, never seen such kind of attitude to customers in my life. Just make sure to fully and thoroughly inspect whatever product you buy from this store before it is packaged. If you do not pay attention like I did not, they will definitely not believe in you. I did not take the broken bbq as the store told me to do so out of principle, even though i paid full price and could still use the bbq. I haven't visited the physical store, but my experience withshopping online and with delivery has been great. The website offers a good range of quality produce, and the tracked delivery was very smooth and prompt, especially considering I live quite a way away from France (Romania). The fragile goods were packed with upmost care, and nothing was damaged even the slightest. Will use again to stock my pantry with the best Japan...
