Completely incompetent. I booked a service , and canceled it three days before the appointment and was supposed to be 100% reimbursed. I contacted the service via what’s app, firstly their stuff told me I won’t be reimbursed and that’s it.

Then I got a call from probably the manager telling me that her stuff didn’t know what they were talking about and I’ll be reimbursed within 24-48 Hours.

After that time nothing happened and I contacted them again, and received again the message no one will be reimbursed. I’m attaching the screen so it’s clear for everyone that it’s written reimbursement is an option.

I don’t know how the story will end, but for me it’s a total scum. I didn’t even get the service, but already have an awful experience and ripped off the money.

I will contact the necessary institution to handle the situation, but for your own sake - AVOID.

And as you ca imagine it’s not a fake feedback, as I have the screens form all our conversations on what’s app,my bank...

Hello, it was 6:10pm and according to the website on the Printemps capsule there were still 2 available spots, one at 6:55 and another at 7pm I arrive directly onsite at the girl was doing a facial to other customer and I asked her if she was available after ( she did not even say hi, nothing) and she said no. I say that according to the website there were still 2 spots available and she kept saying and no that there were no any other spots available. Super rude. So I though ok if I had booked and arrived what would you have done? That is unfortunate because I really wanted to try the sculpt one! Not coming back to the printemps...

The whole package from customer service till the Therapie was wonderful . Lady Receptionist was very kind, frankly and explained everything what we as a customer need to know . Massager lady was very calm , professional and informative , which made me feel safe . They welcomed the customers with smile and positive vibes .
