First place I ate in Strasbourg, worthy of its name. I really really enjoyed the steak tartare, you could see they followed the original recipe, the meat was cut by hand and they didn’t use any minced meat. The portions were big enough to satisfy a hungry appetite and the ambient around the place was magnificent. The service was quick and welcoming. My orecchiette instead were not. The calamari on top were very tasty, they were the only frute di mare from my “oricchieti with frute di mare” dish.
