Our experience was below average compared to the homemade pizzas we had over the years. The products used in the pizza are from the region and fresh. The only things that are imported are the 3 organic wheat flours, the sausages, and the tomato sauce. The setting is open and nice, the seating is crammed though, you feel like there isn't enough space to accommodate all the people, whenever someone from another table wants to leave the second table should make room. This is not a vital problem. Coming to portions, the wine by the glass portion is lower than average compared to other restaurants, they say it is 12.5cl but it is definitely less. The pizza dough is super thin in the middle making the tip of your pizza slice fall like a waterfall. I don't want to eat pizza with a fork and knife please. They were nice when I asked for extra basilic. The Diavola pizza was not out of this world, the only good thing was the charred dough edges, the oil that the sausage expels makes the pizza super oily, heavy and soggy. The jardnière pizza had an uncooked choucroute on the top, not the best option guys, it lacked taste. The hole pizza lacked an edge in taste. The fish of the day carpaccio had so little fish that we had to look for them among the turnips. Nevertheless the bibelskase sauce was amazing 👏 Please make sure the waiter cleans the olive oil bottle before giving it to you from another table, it is still covid and gastroenteritis virus move around best that way. I cleaned the bottle with hydroalcoholic gel. I will return back to test other pizzas to see if I judged too fast on this 1st experience.

Accueil sympathique.

It was one of the best pizzas, that I have ever eaten. When we arrived, the waitress asked us, if we had a reservation, but we did not have one, but could still take a seat. The waiting time for the pizza was around 30 minutes, but it was worth waiting. Both pizzas were covered with a lot of ingredients. And the salami had a high quality. Extra wishes like a nother drink or espresso were served quickly.

On relance... oubliée.. On relance, à la voici ! Soit. On relance...

Bonne...

Was excited to test this highly anticipated addition to the Strasbourg pizza scene on a Thursday evening. The restaurant’s vibe is cool and casual with lots of different seating inside and outside to accommodate different-sized groups. Wait staff was warm and attentive. Our party of 2 was seated on the terrace, which spills out onto the street, but it’s a quiet alley with no other business around it and therefore pretty calm overall.

Drinks were good though a tad pricey. I ordered the margarita pizza. It is a unique format—whole meal flour for the dough—with a very thin layer of dough on the inside and an extra thick crust. This makes for a lighter, better proportioned pizza overall.

Will definitely be returning again!

restaurant is accessible with no entry steps and a wheelchair accessible bathroom...
