Worst Restaurant Experience in Toulouse Been with my two children on a Saturday night around 7:30pm. First despite having vacant places inside they did not want us to sit inside - despite the cold and having the two little ones. After asking a couple of times finally they allowed us to sit inside. Then while ordering food they messed up and brought one veg and another non veg. We are vegetarians and never ordered any meat. The same supplier who had denied the seat inside, again said it was our mistake and he insisted that we should eat the food. I refused and about to leave then he brought the bill for 53 Euros for the consumption of the water and the food we had NOT consumed. I refused and about to leave paying the 10 euros for what we had consumed. Then the owner came in the middle and tried to pacify and served the food we ordered. We stopped by after having dinner in Place St George and were watching the French Portugal Euro game. We were waiting for a table to free up so that we could sit and have drinks and I was making mental notes to myself about trying this Lebanese restaurant but the owner (?) was so rude to those of us standing and watching the game that I went up to him to let him know he was losing a potential client. He retorted that he “did not care and did not need any new clients” and proceeded to usher me away. I have many Lebanese friends and have been to Lebanon many times and I have only experienced warmth and kindness.
