WORST SERVICE (very very slow) and UNPROFESSIONAL TEAM. THEY SHOULD LEARN HOW TO MANAGE A RESTAURANT. NEVER GO THERE , THERE ARE MANY OTHER DELICIOUS AND FAST RESTAURANTS EXIST IN TBILISI. Explanation is below:
I do not even want to give them a star but that’s the minimum criteria of google. We have chosen the place as per google and trip advisor ratings. We have decided and went to the place around 7 pm. When we entered the place it was looking cozy with wooden interior. However, when we ordered our food it was a disaster. When we entered one of the tables was occupied and it was completely empty. We ordered our food around 19.05 pm. Our order was pretty simple , Eggplants with walnut paste, oven baked Mushrooms with Sulguni on clay pan, Roasted potatoes and Chicken on Skewer (Chichken Shashlik). After our order one table is also occupied and then another one is occupied. Second group made their Khinkali order after us. And then third group ordered salad, meat on pot, wines and many other things. Unfortunately, The third group’s table was full and in order in 15 minutes but we and second group (they just only ordered Khinkali !!! ) have just waited more than an hour for our food. When finally our food had come around 20.30 and mushrooms were uncooked, and they forgot to prepare my chicken on skewers ( basically my main meal). Just the potatoes were ok and that was my dinner at one night in TBILISI.
The joke was they charged us 10% with their awful service automatically. Do not go there most probably bots are rating this restaurant. This was the least delicious food in the town by the way. Ah sorry there was almost no food with nice...
Read moreEven though the restaurant seems above and beyond as per people’s feedbacks, I’ve been absolutely dissatisfied with the food and the service provided. First, we were waiting for a long time: around 40 mins for the simple chicken salad and 1,5 hours for the soup and khinkali. Server absolutely had forgotten about our khachapuri ordered. Second, being in the rush for a long waiting time, they brought undercooked khinkalis with signs of blood for me (pregnant women) and my kid (2 years old). Third, waiter just stopped bringing us the food at one point and the administrator did for him. At the end of the time, we paid and we paid for all even though it wasn’t good at all and the portions were small. We didn’t leave the tips as we usually do, but we paid for the bad food. I came to the waiter and advised that in his shoes I would rather apologize, he was absolutely impolite saying longs humiliating things to me, and replayed that he did not have problems as I had. He was “Georgian and politic guy” came out from his mouth , and he gave me all understanding that this is what Russian people receive. Just to explain: I was speaking Russian language as our friends spoke that, however, me and my husband live in the USA and the first time received this type of harassment in all these years. Absolutely disappointed about the service and attitude towards the pregnant woman and...

Bread&Wine looks like a wooden shelter from the outside, inside the Christmas light on wooden panels really showed the ambiance off. Staff were super cute, the lady warmly introduced us to some things on the menu we have not tried before, she even corrected us the way to eat Khinkali which we really appreciated. You can scan the QR code for very descriptive English menu, including all the ingredients used in the dish along with a picture.
Two of us tried out 3 dishes and 2 drinks:
Meat Khinkali 6GEL/3 pieces We thought the Khinkali was not cooked through at first when we ate the “bar”. Apparently that is the part of Khinkali you hold with and sip the soup in, you are not meant to eat it. The meat stuffing was too salty for our taste.
Kharcho(Beef Soup) 22GEL Beef is cooked nicely. Nicely flavoured. But same problem with many Georgian dishes - too salty for us.
Trout with pomegranates sauce 25GEL Nicely fried trout. Could taste red wine in the pomegranate sauce. Really interesting taste. It this one is under seasoned.
Turkish Coffee 5GEL
Feijoa Lemonade 3GEL Although not homemade, it was my first time trying out this bottled Feijoa flavoured lemonade and I like it a lot! It has strong aromatic and sweet taste (not everyone...
