David’s Garden — Restaurant in Tbilisi

Usually it’s wonderful here, but this time the service was very disappointing: (we waited for about an hour outside on the terrace at +5 for even just hot tea, to say nothing of the dishes. One of them never arrived, after more than an hour we were completely frozen and They left, asking to remove from the bill what was not brought within an hour. The pizza was delicious, yes. But an hour of waiting! And the salad didn’t arrive at all during this time... And it would have been possible to at least somehow stand it if it weren’t for the hour of waiting for tea. Not within any limits :( We waited 10 minutes for the container, asking to take a slice of pizza with us. They left because the taxi had already arrived and it was impossible to wait any longer... they said: “thank you, no longer needed”, in response they received from a thin waitress with a short haircut a sarcastic “thank you for waiting”

We planned a dinner, booked it through the link posted on instagram. The restaurant called us and said that the time we chose is unavailable. Then they offered us another time slot to which we agreed. Few hours later they called us again and said that there was a mistake and they don’t have a table for us as everything was booked weeks before.

Q1: why in the registration form offer customers to choose time which may be unavailable at the first place? Q2: why offer another time and then take 2 hours to figure out that there is no availability???

We wasted time on you, and as a result didn’t have enough time to find another place!

Absolutely horrible service that is not thought through. Definitely not going...
