My Hostel — Hotel in Tbilisi

This place is just awful, and I've been to a tons of hostel. Let's start from the beginning: bathroom is dirty, full of mold and the water doesn't drain so you'll have your feet soaking in the mixture. kitchen is about the same, dirty, small, old . the whole place looks like a slum about to fall. Really not like the photos. no common space. People hang out and smoke on the balcony in front of the room windows. It's noisy of course, you can follow conversations though. really hot inside, i tried to sleep without bedsheet but mosquitoes are all around. I didn't sleep much. metallic bed, noisy my mattress was the worst ever, i could feel the springs. The second one (we were 2 people) was ok. wifi is weak. I couldn't get any signal from my bed. a guy was staying on a long term in our room (working or volunteering i guess) we couldn't use the only table as he was using it to play with his phone.. the same food was on that table during the our stay. last but not least : this place has 2 names on booking : "my hostel cooking house !" with not so good reviews and "El hostal" with much higher score. it's the same place, i assume they created a second profile to get better score. Don't get deceived.

The worst hostel you have ever been to. It is extremely cheap, and I wasn't expecting any comfort, but there are boundaries you shall not cross. The hostel is dirty, the shower and toilet are one above the other, so that when you take a shower the toilet is full of water. You can't stand in the bathroom, I'm not that tall but my head would touch the roof. The kitchen really doesn't make you want to cook, and really I don't ask for anything perfect, just a clean space. The mattresses are packed in plastic, try to guess why (bedbugs?), and you make a big noise anytime you turn in your bed. Apparently the owners rent the beds to homeless people and make money of it, they really sleep in the worst conditions. I really don't recommend this hostel, it is not decent, no one should have to stay in...

If you are looking for a place to meet new exciting people, and don't mind how the interior looks like, then this is the place to be.||||I've spend six nights in total in the @My Hostel, spread out over three different moments during my holiday, and without exception, the atmosphere was open and fun at all times.||||The crew of the hostel is really helpfull on giving insights about Tblisi and how to get around.
