I feel very bad when putting 1 star because the place is nice and the food was delicious, BUT it was absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had in Tbilisi. This place is a parody of a café, and I genuinely don’t understand how it’s still in business.
Everything went wrong from the very beginning. Not a single type of alternative milk — in 2025, that’s no longer a “special request,” it’s just plain disrespect toward customers. Then, they refused to accept cash because they didn’t have any change. As if that’s the customer’s problem. It’s simply absurd.
But the pinnacle of the disaster was the kitchen. We waited 55 minutes for one portion of syrniki and one order of pancakes. Nearly an hour for the most basic dishes. The coffee was served right away — we finished it within 15–20 minutes and then just sat at an empty table, waiting. By the time the food finally arrived, the coffee was a distant memory — and the food felt more like punishment than breakfast.
A special “bravo” goes to the pancakes with caramel, which had hardened into something resembling a rock during the wait and were completely inedible.
It honestly feels like they have no respect for their craft or their guests’ time.
The level of organization is worse than a school cafeteria.
If you want to ruin your morning, waste your money, and leave angry and hungry — this is the place for you.
Everyone else — avoid...
Read moreChanged to one star because I wasn’t previously aware of how terribly the owner treats their employees and, therefore can’t recommend this place at all now.
They don’t pay on time (when baristas ask you for cash instead of a card, they are trying to get their money) and also fire people in a day without any previous notice, additional payments, or valid reasons. As a person with 6+ years experience in this field, I can tell you that your employees are one of the most valuable parts of your business, and if you can’t treat them right and like human beings, you don’t deserve to be open.
And to the people who get offended when they can’t order in russian language — in case you didn't notice, we are in Georgia, an independent country with its own borders, history, language, laws, you name it. So there is no reason to expect a service in russian by default, even if you hear a barista speaking in it, other than your denseness and a lack of knowledge about the world around you. The best way to approach it is to ask a person at the bar what languages they can speak (and if they can’t speak georgian at all, yes, it’s a...

They have an open concept design, there’s no counter for example. You get the feel that it’s an apartment, which it is, which a bunch of tables to enjoy coffee. Very cozy place
Coffee is very legit, speciality type blah blah
Helps to know the russian language here
Also small detail but they don’t have a real espresso machine, they have one you can buy from the store, not commercial. But stick to the filtered coffee, not the espresso-based ones. They...
