We arrived at noon, finding only one guest seated in the establishment. For the first seven minutes, nobody approached us, nor was there any staff in sight until I got up to look for someone.
Finally, after +-ten minutes, we received menus and ordered two Eggs Benedict, one with salmon and the other with ham. The waitress took our order and left.
Five minutes later, another group arrived and placed their order. Fifteen minutes after that, they were served an Eggs Benedict, which I found odd since our food had not arrived yet. I decided to wait a bit longer, hoping our order was on its way. However, after another five minutes, I inquired why the new arrivals had been served before us despite arriving later. The waitress explained that two Eggs Benedicts take longer to prepare than one—a questionable rationale, indeed. Another five to ten minutes passed, and our Benedicts finally arrived, but disappointingly on cold toasts and with very cold sauce. The mystery of what occupied the staff during our 40-minute wait remained unsolved. We declined the dishes and left to have breakfast at a better place.

Some dishes - the portions are pretty small, but the pizzas, the soups and the sandwiches are always great.
Had a welcome drink the other day as well, which is a rarity in TBS. Highly recommend the Parma and pear pizzas, definitely can't try anything similar someplace else in Tbilisi.
From everything I've tried, the Caesar was the most mediocre, and the vegetable salad is also pretty ok, but for 25-30, laris just don't. Get a pizza and enjoy life.
The Crack pie cake is also amazing, it's the only place in TBS that serves it, and their coffee is also great.
You can tell with the decor there is attention to every detail, and attention to the guest experience, which is highly appreciated.
Overall, as I sait...

Came there for a lunch: raviollo and mango tea were not available at 2 pm, they said that we should wait around 1 hour. I ordered lasagna and it looked not fresh, temperature was barely warm and too roasted. Bruschetta was dry and cider was with cherry (why not apple?) and over fermented or old. Apple tea is simply hot water with syrup and tons of sugar. About service: we didn’t book a table and the space inside was full, so we asked the waiter to let us know when a table inside is free, then reminded twice and when we checked we saw 3 free tables. We were suffering sitting outside with luck of heating outside on terrace when waiter could offer us to...
