Kancellaria Natural Wine Bar — Restaurant in Tbilisi

A delightful small bar / restaurant, just a few minutes walk from Shota Rustaveli Avenue.

Almost every wine stocked is available by the glass (except for the pet nat / sparkling portion of the list), and the staff are keen to understand your preferences if you ask for a recommendation. Our host offered us two wines to choose from once she had an understanding of the type of wine preferred.

The cocktail menu is also very good and reasonably priced. Although we only ate a couple of snacks, the food menu looked great.

We spent a great evening at the Kancellaria. The whole place had a great vibe and the service was casual (but in a very positive way). The crowd was very mixed with younger and older locals spending their Friday evening enjoying natural wines. We had some cocktails (the basil smash is great) and shared some dishes. Especially enjoyed the shrimp dish! Also got recommended a lovely qvevri wine. Will for sure recommend this place to friends...
