Citrus Hotel — Hotel in Tbilisi

Stayed here for almost 4days.

Location wise, it's good. Pharmacy is just downstairs if you needed some OTC medicines asap. We somehow feel safe since a government facility is just at the opposite side of the hotel, and policemen/police cars are everywhere within the area. Also, it's just a 5-15min walk to the freedom square or the centre and less than 30min-walk from old tsbilisi.

The minus 1 star is just the room's carpet as it's a bit old which made the room seemed unclean although we are aware that the housekeeping service has been cleaning it well.

For me, SERVICE is the greatest experience here in this place. They were attentive with our needs. Our room's door lock was broken, however the staff did their best to fix it and they felt sincerely sorry for us about this concern. Not only that, we always came back to a newly cleaned room wherein towels were replaced, linen were neatly done and water bottles, coffees packets, tissues, shampoo and other necessary items were refilled. Also, we'd like to commend the woman staff from the restaurant as she helped us delivered new water bottles to our room instead of us buying few botles from the restaurant.

Hotel Citrus is very well located in a quiet place close to the Rustaveli Avenue so you are close to everything walking distance. They are all very friendly and helped me to make my stay wonderful. Tamara and her colleagues at the reception helped me to print my flight tickets and booked me the last seat available at the Opera for my Friday night. Finally and not the least, George was my Georgian's Travel Guide for two days, he is the driver of the hotel and for an extra and thanks to the hotel, I had the chance to discover the Georgian's Winnery in the Caucasus , have a lunch in amazing Sighnaghi or visit the best place in Georgia in the Motsameta Monastry...it was unbelievable how Georgians people are so welcoming and tourist friendly.
