Respublika Grill Bar — Restaurant in Tbilisi

I ate here in August 2018. The place is clean and nice and cosy. It is suitable both food or even as a coffee shop. The food is okay. I has spaghetti and salad and burger. All of them were fresh and delicious enough though rather more expansive than expected. You can listen to live music. Wooden Seats and tables are comfortable but it is not a luxury restaurant. The servants are acceptable though not very kind. However I was highly impressed when I returned to the restaurant a few minutes after I left there since I found out that I had mislaid my cell phone but came across the manager (the young boy who is in charge of nearly everything since it is a small place) standing in front of the door and seeking me. They seem honest and respectful guys. The manager speak good English which is something valuable in a restaurant in Georgia! Note that it is a place for fast food or grills rather than western or local and traditional dishes specially during nights. In general considering the price of food and service I can say it is a very good place though...

Update: Went to this establishment for lunch. When we walked in the door, the employees refused to greet us and told us the kitchen wouldn’t be ready for 30 minutes. Okay… Found water in a chair and asked for a napkin to wipe the water out of the chair. I then asked if I could throw the napkin away, as I didn’t want to lay it on the table. The waitress tells me I have to take it to the toilet even though there’s a trash bag right behind her. I refused and laid the napkin in a bar stool for the cleaner to place in the trash. The waitress yells at me and then throws the napkin on our table. After a contentious back and forth with this napkin, we decided to leave and spend our money somewhere else where they know how to treat customers with respect. Even though this was a terrible experience, we managed to have a wonderful lunch at Beletage, with excellent customer service as always. Love the food. This is a great place with a great menu. The food is always delicious and fresh. The drinks are excellent and the service...

Though the sour cream comes straight in the soup and I like to first taste it without I still very much enjoyed it. Reminded me greatly of my childhood. Both my mom and grandma make it exactly like this at home.

The milkshake (chocolate)

Savory and the sweetness is also balanced well. Cold and refreshing, would come here again just for it.

There is a good variety of side dishes and sauces. Served nice and hot with exactly what you would expect from a top notch restaurant.
