Kharcho by ARTHOUSE — Restaurant in Tbilisi

Atmosphere is in dark tones, whis is oppressive for me... Meals menu on 1 side of a paper. Ordered Kharcho with beef and got 2 separate dishes: meat with sauce in one plate and boiled corn flower in another. Expectation was red kharcho with Rice and meat. Next order was kebab: slicing one piece revealed that it is a coal as it was burnt completely. Refused that order and waiter brought execuse from chef what is nice.. Compliment was denied. BUT: the final bill included the kebab!)) after confirming if I should pay for the failed dish, the waiter answered "ofcourse you started the dish". By their logic you must detect oversalted or other flawed dishes by your eyes.. Pathetic and revultion overwhelming. Stay away from this hole! Bytheway, pay your attention that pictures are...

CAUTION: AVOID BY ANY MEANS

Unfortunately one of the worst experiences of my life. We took the chicken with the garlic sauce, and the chicken soup. Soup was blant, no taste, you had to put a lot of salt to make interesting. The chicken inside the soup was chewy and over cooked. For the chicken with the garlic sauce I don't know how to describe it. Very bad, stale almost 3-4 ago. Wasn't warm and the sauce was fridge cold. I asked them if it is supposed to be like this and they said yes, after persisting they took it back, and came with the tart as a complimentary compensation. They didn't offer anything else.

A very good restaurant that was strangely empty (only we were served on Sunday evening). Pretty good environment and service, clean and beautiful interior matching Tbilisi. As for the dishes, there is a very delicious "Turkey kharcho", as well as "Gebzhalia", and the most important thing is that it comes with side dishes - bread and "Ghomi". Khinkali and khachapuri were not tasty, and khinkali is disproportionately expensive. The prices are above average, and the menu prices do not include the 18% VAT, which is too bad.
