Pilsnerka — Restaurant in Tbilisi

Really nice and cozy place. We found this place randomly only on 2nd day of technical opening. Eventho restaurant was working in technical mode, everything was superb!

Interior is really fresh, light and neat. Nice minimalism with great taste. Comfortable seating.

Food was great! Best phali we tried in georgia, barbecue was mouthwatering. Prices are pretty affordable, therefore, best price/taste we found yet.

Service was professional and quick. We got seated right away, staff knows the menu to every smallest detail. Plates are getting changed frequently, dirty plates never sit on the table. Waiters are really professional and interesting as people!

Hands down, must...

We ordered the salad “eggplant”, “suluguni with mint”, “tomato cream soup”, “chicken in sauce”. First, we asked about suluguni - is it a hot or cold dish? Waiter replied that it is hot. But it was cold like from fridge. Btw every dishes were really cold. We was trying to ask it is supposed to be cold or not but stuff was rude and confused.

Tomato soup needs salt. And of course it needs heating…

Chicken in sauce. Very weird dish with cold sauce. Cold!!

The food is really delicious. We had baked salmon, pumpkin soup and tiramisu. The pumpkin soup is one of the best which I tried in my entire life. Beautiful design, stunning windows, very light there The staff was friendly, attentive and lovely. They excused for one error in the dish. But I highly recommend the cafe management to give a discount or a free dish in such cases. Quite expensive place, but in Tbilisi many restaurants have high prices nowadays. Will still leave 5 because pumpkin soup...
