We had one of the most delightful dining experiences of our entire trip to Tbilisi here. The food was absolutely amazing — a refined take on traditional Georgian cuisine that truly impressed us. Every dish felt like a chef’s plate rather than just a restaurant meal, with both taste and presentation crafted to perfection. Whoever is behind these incredible flavors, thank you endlessly!🫠

The atmosphere was just as impressive — calm, elegant, and beautifully designed with thoughtful details throughout. There was a harmonious color palette and a minimalist yet modern aesthetic that made the whole place feel truly special.

The restaurant experience was so exceptional that we ended up coming back for one last meal before leaving the city. We only wish we had discovered this place at the beginning of our trip!

If you're in Tbilisi, this is an absolute must-visit. We were hosted by Toko, who was incredibly warm and welcoming — we felt as comfortable as if we were dining at a friend’s home. Huge thanks to Toko for the amazing hospitality.🙏

If we ever return to Tbilisi, we already know where our first stop...

I had the most wonderful experience at this little gem of a restaurant. It’s stylish without trying too hard—every detail in the decor feels thoughtfully chosen, creating a space that’s warm, chic, and inviting all at once. The atmosphere strikes that rare balance of cozy and elegant.

The food is an absolute standout. Traditional Georgian flavors shine through beautifully, but with a touch of modernity that makes each dish feel fresh and exciting. Every plate was not just delicious but presented with care, and the wine selection was spot-on—rich, authentic, and perfectly paired with the food.

The host deserves a special mention: welcoming, attentive, and genuinely passionate about sharing the experience. It’s the kind of hospitality that elevates the whole evening and makes you want to come back again and again.

A true delight from start to finish. If you’re looking for a stylish spot with soul, flavor, and...

A fabulous experience in our last day in Tbilisi! The restaurant just opened two months ago, serving local food with a twist. It was our best meal in all our week long stay in Georgia: the best vegetable salad we've ever eaten, of peeled tomatoes, cucumbers, a variety of herbs including a local herb similar to red basil, hot pepper in local unfiltered sunflower oil; delicious Duck khinkali with caramelized onions and yogurt sauce; and an amazing dish of roasted sturgeon, placed on Georgian bread and red onions with pomegranate sauce, accompanied by Tiko estate Kisi orange wine. The service was great, the owner was very friendly and the chef explained to us about the dishes. We will definitely return in our next...

Absolutely outstanding Georgian dining experience! The menu is full of authentic, flavorful dishes - I highly recommend trying the Roasted Beef in Pomegranate sauce and cucumber and tomato salad. Every plate was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, but what truly makes WINOS special is the incredible staff and the owner - so friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about sharing Georgian culture and cuisine. Don’t miss the Nazuki for dessert. A must-visit spot for anyone wanting a true taste of Georgia!
