This restaurant offers not only great food but also a truly memorable atmosphere.
The location is stunning, especially in the evening when the lights illuminate the surroundings and create a warm and welcoming vibe.
The addition of live music with a talented singer makes the experience even more enjoyable, turning dinner into a small celebration. It feels like the perfect combination of fine dining and cultural immersion in the heart of Tbilisi.
The menu is an impressive blend of traditional Georgian cuisine and modern interpretations, which makes it unique compared to many other places we visited. Each dish is thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented, with attention to both flavor and detail. We ordered several dishes to share, and each one was excellent. The Barley Risotto (Perlotto) with Seafood was creamy, rich, and perfectly seasoned. The Salmon Steak with Coriander Sauce and Coconut Rice was delicate and flavorful, offering a wonderful balance of fresh fish and aromatic herbs. The Grilled Lamb Ribs with Tarragon Pilaf stood out as tender, juicy, and deeply satisfying. We also enjoyed the Chicken BBQ family style, which was hearty and perfectly cooked.
The service was another highlight of our visit. Our waitress was attentive, kind, and very professional, which made the evening even more pleasant.
Overall, this restaurant combines atmosphere, service, and exceptional food. It is a fantastic place for a family dinner, a romantic evening, or simply to enjoy Georgian cuisine with a creative twist. Highly...
Read moreAn expensive restaurant, but worth every penny. The 18% VAT is not included in the price, but still, if you want to have a special night, you should consider it. The only thing I did not like was the live music—the singer took a break after every song, which was a bit disappointing as I couldn’t fully enjoy the live performance. So, if you’re into music, make sure to double-check those details beforehand.
The food is prepared with a special touch by the chef, and the ingredients are incredibly fresh. Additionally, the waitresses are very professional and knowledgeable, and you won’t regret taking their recommendations.
For two main dishes, one salad, a bottle of wine, and one water, I paid 250 Lari. Without the wine, it would have been 150 Lari. I don’t regret paying that amount because it was truly worth it. However, if you’re on a tight budget, consider this place for a very special occasion or meeting.
I also appreciated how the waiter skipped asking for a tip when I was paying by card, seemingly reading my expression. He certainly deserved a tip for his excellent service, but it felt like he understood that I was already spending a lot. That kind of consideration was impressive and added to the...
Read moreThis is a fabulous restaurant with incredible views of the city and surrounding area. I typically don't eat in hotel restaurants (just because they are always overpriced and hyped) and I decided to try it based on the reviews; and, I was NOT disappointed. First, I was greeted by the views and then warmly by George, who became my waiter. George is an amazing compliment to the entire experience. Our conversation was delightful as he explained the many dished that I was contemplating. He was also incredibly helpful selecting a wine from their extensive wine cellar that complimented my meal. I had the marinated pork with sweet and bitter paradise apples and it was absolutely delicious. The pork fell apart as well as retained all its moisture and flavor. The apple puree was amazing and complimented the pork very well as did the grilled veggies. The meal was light and filling. George was very attentive but not overbearing and I was allowed to sit, relax, enjoy the views, my wine and the fabulous mix of music playing in the background. This is a fabulous restaurant with fabulous views and I highly recommend treating yourself to a wonderful food...
