We stayed at the hotel in October 2024, traveling with a large family, of 6 people, and booked 4 separate rooms in advance. Bedbugs were found on the second day in one of the rooms where the teenagers lived. We immediately contacted the reception with a request to change the room and showed both the photo and the insect itself caught in a plastic bottle, so there could be no doubt in our words. I also have photos and videos to confirm my feedback. We were not provided another room that night since according to the receptionist, the hotel was fully booked. All the administration agreed to help with was giving us new bed linen and offering us to change it ourselves. |When changing the bed linen, we found a large amount of white powder scattered inside and under the beds, presumably an insecticide. So our children spent the night in a room with bedbugs and insecticide (as it turned out). The bedbug-infested room was replaced only the next day.|When checking out, the hotel administration promised to return the money for this room, but after two weeks, they did nothing. The administration stopped responding to messages.|We have never seen such a negligent attitude to hygiene and disregard for guests anywhere. Therefore, we do not...
Read moreWith Covid travel options finally starting again we decided to come to Tbilisi and were pleased we got to stay in this perfect boutique hotel.
We had a lovely room with a bathtub overlooking the city which was very relaxing after our days of city wandering and tours plus the hotel has a large roof top terrace with great views from the comfy chairs. We enjoyed local wines and yummy meals here after the curfew most evenings. There is a garden terrace but we loved the roof for the fresh breezes and views.
The overall location is perfect, being in old town but still close to most of the city and easy access to the narakala fortress and botanical gardens.
All of the staff were amazing. They were helpful, lovely and efficient for any request we had. The manager even helped us order meals off the delivery app to get delivered to the hotel after curfew. Plus the hotel was even able to arrange our PCR test 48hrs prior to our departure with the nurse coming to the hotel.
We would definitely stay at the hotel again when we return to Tbilisi as it helped to make our whole experience in Gerogia...
Read moreWe stayed there for our wedding trip and really enjoyed it! The hotel is located in the old town on the top of the mountain right underneath the Mother of Georgia statue. We chose the hotel for its terrace which had a stunning view to the city. We spent every night there, enjoying the wine and the view. The rooms are on the smaller side but are cozy, bottled water was provided every day. The hotel staff could not be more helpful, they organised a wedding brunch on our wedding day and helped with any questions we had. One thing to notice, the elevation on the way to the hotel is rather steep so one has to be fit enough to go up the hill. Also some cars might struggle their too. Breakfast was delicious and had a little bit of everything- bread, fruit, hot options, pastries, yoghurt etc. One can ask for the eggs to be cooked. One little suggestion I would have is to have some fresh bread for breakfast as I often found it quite stale. Overall a great stay, perfect for a romantic trip or with friends. Also, all staff speaks great English, which is a...
