If you’re ever in Georgia and looking for a truly special breakfast experience, this place is a hidden gem you have to try. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth that feels like visiting a family home.

The breakfast here is unmatched. The cheese is absolutely incredible – rich, fresh, and full of flavor. Every dish feels like it was made with love, using ingredients that come straight from the heart of Georgian tradition. Whether it’s khachapuri, fresh bread, or their homemade jams, everything on the table is worth savoring.

What makes this spot even more special is the people. The owner is one of the kindest, most genuine people I’ve met – always smiling, always checking in to make sure you’re happy. His daughters help run the place with such grace and warmth, and even the mom is in the kitchen making magic happen. You can truly feel the family bond in every corner of this place.

It’s not just a meal – it’s an experience, a taste of Georgian hospitality at its finest. Highly recommend starting your...

The food was good, despite being slightly more expensive than most other places. We ordered at the counter. Later a man came to our table to take the order again. I also stopped the waitress to add another dish but she visibly hated the fact that I stopped her and talked to her in English as she didn't speak it and wasn't really interested in trying to understand. The cheese plate is kinda bland, Georgian cheese on its own isn't particularly great. They also forgot to bring us the water we ordered. For a place called friendly I expected a bit more friendlyness. Inside it's pretty small but with lovely folkloristic decorations. I suggest maybe some chill music because now it's so quiet that you feel bad for talking, or even...

Tucked away in the streets of Tbilisi, Friendly Corner is one of those rare establishments that quietly exceeds expectations. During a recent breakfast visit, I found a place that offers more than just a meal it delivers an experience.

The food was excellent, with every dish prepared with care and flavor. Service was friendly, prompt, and genuine, adding to the warm, unpretentious atmosphere. The vintage, relaxed vibe of the space makes it an ideal spot for those seeking something authentic, away from the overcrowded mainstream.

What truly set Friendly Corner apart were the thoughtful, small extras items brought to the table unrequested, a simple gesture that speaks volumes about a restaurant’s character and respect...

OMG! that is all i have to say. Get there and fast, for the beautiful decoration of the place, the service!!! the food and the price. 15/10. The owner was super welcoming. i was his first client for the day, he greeted me, showed me the place, and said that the baker will arrive around 10, and i can get breakfast. He was super helpful, nice, and welcoming! definitely the definition of the Georgian amazing hospitality. Gregory, you left an amazing impression on me, along your baker friend that shared his story with me. I'd definitely RECOMMEND to visit the place, and also, taste his special home brewed Brandy along side the coffee! If i will be around, i will for sure come back!

Hands down the best food we've had in Tbilisi so far and that's telling something, consodering we've been having really good food overall! The place is clean, cozy and the lady working there made it her mission to feed us like we came down from the mountains and haven't eaten in 3 days. She was accommodating, the shakshouka we had was the best I've had in my life! The bread was also great, felt like proper, really bread baked in an oven. Prices were very good. Place is cash only. Staff speaks little English but more than enough to communicate. Must visit.

The single best restaurant in Tbilisi. In terms of the food (price, portion, quality) and hospitality/staff ❤️ Must try their insanely tasty, juicy bbq every night - not listed on the regular menu so just ask when you turn up. To my delight, they serve the nut salad with mayo. Foodgasm. And their house pomegranate wine? Simply the best wine we’ve had in Georgia over a month. Thank you for your hospitality. We’ll be back as soon as we land in Tbilisi again.
