YOUR BELONGINGS ARE NOT SAFE!! I wouldn’t even recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. I left my cash in the room safe with a lock PIN code, trusting that it was a reputable hotel with good safety measures. However, when I returned to retrieve it, the cash was missing. I reported the issue to higher management, but they told me that I had no way of proving that I left my cash in the safe! I couldn’t believe the hotel would let their customers feel so insecure about their belongings. Their security department, if you can call it that, changed their story multiple times whenever we asked about our money and the safe's security. They also used various dishonest and scare tactics to try to prevent us from going to the police. Additionally, while we were speaking with the manager, he made some offhand racist remarks about our country and used scare tactics to dissuade us from approaching the police. This was absolutely horrendous behavior and it ruined our experience both financially and mentally in the beautiful city of Tbilisi. I wish I could turn back time and avoid this hotel altogether.

A beautiful small boutique hotel and the kindest, most polite staff - really the kind of service I’ve met only at luxury hotels in the US and Europe. As soon as we arrived we were upgraded to a better room. Then a member of the staff gave us a tour of the hotel and provided explanations on how the place used to be a “Khan” - an inn and a trading post. He provided us with insights on what each part of the hotel used to be and how it functions today. Our room had complimentary bottles of water, and our every request was met with kindness and passion to provide us with the best experience. A big shoutout also for the nice bellboys (2 young gentlemen who were super nice and welcoming) and to the team in the reception. The hotel is situated about 10 min walk from the Liberty Square, and right next to the Sioni Chapel. We highly recommend and we will return again 🙏🏼

A wonderful hotel that truly deserves 5 stars instead of 4!❤️ Excellent service and very friendly staff. Special thanks to IOSIF - such a warm and welcoming person. The breakfasts are delicious, and it’s great that you can enjoy cappuccino with oat or soy milk. I’m absolutely thrilled! I’ve fallen in love with Tbilisi and this hotel. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, which has completely stolen my heart.

We stayed at Qarvasla Hotel, Tbilisi during our October 2024 trip and had a memorable experience overall. The hotel’s location is truly amazing—right in the center of Tbilisi, just a short walk from the Bridge of Peace and in the middle of the Old Town. During our stay, the Harvest Festival stalls were set up nearby, which made the area lively and festive. |The street beside the hotel is popular and lined with pretty cafés. There are also two convenience stores & medical shops nearby, plus a branch of the famous Lumier’s Chimney Cake, perfect for a sweet treat. For those looking for vegetarian food, there are plenty of options and even Indian restaurants within walking distance.|The hotel design really stood out—a lovely blend of Moorish architecture with modern, minimal touches. Both the exterior and interior are stunning, chic, and understated. The backyard of the property is another highlight—peaceful, clean, and beautifully maintained, making it a great spot to relax after sightseeing.|Our room experience was a bit mixed due to the busy festival season. On our late-night arrival, we were given a different room than the one we booked—it wasn’t as aesthetic as in the pictures, though the shower was excellent. The next day we were moved to a prettier room, but unfortunately, the heater wasn’t working. Since the hotel was full, the staff provided us with a personal heater, which was thoughtful. However, the washroom door didn’t close properly, and the lack of a designated shower area meant water spread across the bathroom floor. On our final night, we were shifted to a higher-category room, which was beautiful, warm, and cozy, with a clean washroom and plenty of hot water—ending our stay on a very comfortable note.|The breakfast spread was very good, offering mainly Georgian dishes along with continental options. Everything we tried was tasty and fresh. The hotel was also very clean throughout, and the staff were consistently pleasant, friendly, and helpful, always trying their best to accommodate us despite the busy season.|Overall, Qarvasla Hotel combines a prime Old Town location, chic architecture, and warm hospitality. While some room facilities could use improvement, the atmosphere, cleanliness, and service make it a charming and memorable place to...

During my recent stay at Hotel Qarvasla in Tbilisi, Georgia, I was truly captivated by the experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked into the stunningly decorated lobby, I was greeted with a warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home.

The room I stayed in was a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. Spacious and beautifully furnished, it offered all the modern amenities I could wish for, while the tasteful decor reflected the rich cultural heritage of Tbilisi. Waking up to the breathtaking view of the city was a daily highlight that added a special touch to my mornings.

Hotel Qarvasla's prime location in the heart of Tbilisi made exploring the city a breeze. Whether I wanted to visit historic landmarks, browse through vibrant markets, or indulge in local dining experiences, everything was conveniently close by. It made my stay incredibly enriching and hassle-free.

Dining at the hotel's restaurant was an absolute delight. The diverse menu featured both Georgian and international cuisine, and each dish was crafted with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The attentive service and cozy ambiance made every meal an event to look forward to.

For a traveler like myself, the hotel's amenities were perfect. The high-speed internet and well-equipped meeting rooms were invaluable for staying connected and productive. And after a long day, unwinding in the spa with a rejuvenating treatment was just what I needed.

In every aspect, Hotel Qarvasla exceeded my expectations. It seamlessly combined luxury, comfort, and an authentic cultural experience, making my stay in Tbilisi truly unforgettable. If you're looking for a place that offers a warm welcome and a memorable stay, I can't recommend Hotel Qarvasla...

Great Design, But Service Needs Improvement

Qarvasla Hotel has a lot going for it, the design of the hotel is of a very high standard. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the breakfast selection is excellent. However, as a newly opened hotel (2024), it’s clear that the service side still needs significant development.

During our stay, we experienced several issues that suggest better staff training is urgently needed: • Our room wasn’t cleaned despite the housekeeping sign being on the door for two days. • Requested a minivan from the airport and they sent a 16 seater bus for just me • We were placed in a room right next to loud music that played until 11 PM, which was especially difficult with young children. • We were questioned about minibar usage just two minutes after checkout, even though we had clearly stated we hadn’t used it. • We were asked to pay cash for a transfer instead of being able to charge it to the room. • A bottle of wine we ordered took 20 minutes to arrive — well after we had finished eating. • The laundry slip in our room had already been filled out by a previous guest, dated three months earlier.

While the staff were polite and seemed to be trying, the overall experience felt unpolished and inconsistent. With proper training and attention to detail, Qarvasla could truly live up to its design and location as a 5* hotel. I’d love to return, but only if service...
