Very nice property, newly built, with modern feel, good finish, mirrors everywhere, good decor, and a nice eating area for breakfast with brick walls underground and a very nice breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful, sign in and out was easy and can be done online. Overall it was a good experience if your goal is to find a place that is comfortable, clean, well-priced and close to the main street (Kote Afghazi St). The only downside, is that you don't get good view of the city. Also you don't really get a view from your room of the mother of georgia as the pictures seem to insinuate. The buildings surrounding it are a bit old. However it is very close to a very nice downtown area, and it has a couple of great restaurants all within 20 m. Overall, if you can do without the view, it's...

I booked “junior suite” for 3 nights through trusted travel agency and paid full amount for the non refundable booking and all was arranged and confirmed through Agoda. Suddenly, upon check in, the hotel told us we should change our room for the 3rd last night coz it’s booked for another guest. They just downgraded my room category which was fully paid without any reasonable nor logic reasons, and never proper apology nor sign of any regret! Once they told me it was overbooked ! System’s error ! Last but not least I have been told that the price I paid was very cheap for their suite or even standard room!!! Which is absolutely not correct because the price I paid was in Agoda and Booking. Unfortunately, that was my first trip to Tbilisi, Georgia. My star goes to the clean rooms...

Being a boutique hotels comes with its share of difficulties . We stayed for 3 nights , the rooms aren’t cleaned properly , specially the washrooms. They just set the bed and it’s done. Also the breakfast , it’s a big project on its own. There is just one staff and he s very sad , no smile, no warmth nothing . Either he s over worked or with some prob , no idea. The breakfast spread is very basic . Things finish and to refill it doesn’t happen , since it takes time for it . We had to wait for so long to get just omlete and that also very clearly stating no bacon or beef , it was served with bacon. Except for the location , I think there would be many properties for the price they charge and as many have said the heating in bathrooms dnt work and there is not proper heating...

Well, the location is very good. The lobby is good with decent smell. Room is very small. But They have rooms feel like located in a basement ,when you look out from the window, you just see the cars and the people are passing by. Better confirm with them that you won’t get these basement room before you check-in the hotel . Otherwise, the reception will tell you this is the only room are available at present , and if you need a better one,pay extra money. Also, the noise cancellation is very bad. You hear anything from the street when you were trying to sleep at night. I do not have very good rest when I stay there.

The hotel is amazing. It is located in the old part of Tbilisi and right next to the steps leading to the Mother of Georgia monument. The room and the bathroom in it were huge. The room had a nice balcony overlooking the street, which proved to be a nice place to chill and drink coffee in the morning. The bed was big and comfy with plenty of pillows. The bathroom had a huge shower with a nice selection of shampoos, soaps and conditioners. It also offered toothbrushes, toothpaste and vanity kits. The staff was very hospitable and spoke good English. Would definitely come back to this place.

During my trip to Georgia, I stayed at this hotel and it quickly became my favourite. It's not part of a big hotel chain, and that's precisely why I loved it. The location is great, the interior is modern, the room is impeccably clean and comfortable, the atmosphere is cozy and quiet, and of course very affordable. My room on the top floor had a lovely view of a ruined church, and just 5 stairs up was an amazing rooftop. I spent hours up there with a drink and my laptop for work.
